Winter Pruning
Since Laurent has took charge of his vineyard, he has practiced an organic agriculture method. By 2010, all the his vineyards,16ha in total, have been converted to organic farming and controlled under Eco Cert.
We focus on manual activities such as de-budding and fruit thinning to strictly reduce and control yields. By limiting the grapes this provides fruit with an even maturity and fruit concentration. He assesses and pays effort to improve the nutrient status of the vineyards regularly in order to establish optimum quality in the grapes.
